Brambling

Fantastic flock of around 80 Brambling at Dovestone today. Quite flighty and nervous and great camourflage when feeding amongst leaves. Also saw Dipper,  male Stonechat and Grey Heron on return to home

Garden Highlights

Quiet day today. Nice to see a pair of Bullfinch coming to the feeders regularly as well as a pair of Greater Spotted Woodpeckers. Still geting several Siskin amongst the usuals. Nice to see a Treecreeper moving from tree to tree. Dipper a few metres upstream.
