Grasshopper Warbler

Crippling views of a local reeling Grasshopper Warbler near Delph this evening. Of course I didn't have the camera but I will return with the DSLR soon

Lincolnshire

Beautiful warm and sunny day in Lincolnshire on Sunday. Nightingale singing at Whisby NR plus good numbers of Garden Warbler. Then onto Frampton RSPB where we saw Wood Sandpiper, Yellowhammer, Corn Bunting, Avocet, Lesser Whitethroat, Cettis Warbler, Ruff among other common birds

Whiskered Tern

Two Whiskered Terns were seen at Sandbach Flashes on Saturday morning. Also seen were Common Tern, Reed Warbler, Sedge Warbler, Whitethroat, Blackcap and Little Ringed Plover. On way home at stop off at Marbury CP produced Garden Warbler
